Hi and welcome Scott!,

there's no need for courage to come to a meet, its not a stuffy 'Photography club', just a bunch of folks with camera's who share the learning.

There is an initiation ceremony though...........
Bring a spare pair of undies and a pineapple...:p

Welcome, im sure you will learn a lot. there are a number of exceptionally good photographers with differing styles to help you out if your stuck!

Checked out your blog the other day and your photography site - a man who loves lego here too :)

Please feel free to drop in whenever you like. We are open most days (the odd Monday we are closed) and are in all weekends. And as people have said above, nothing at all to be nervous about at our meets. They are probably the most informal meetings you'll ever do!

Some nights we just sit and chat about stuff we're doing / trying to do, other times we go out or have a model in etc

I was a choc hobnob kind of guy myself however since finding Foxs Cream Jam Rings or whatever theyre called i have a new fave. :)
